Work at the Grove 7/30

I am going to try and get up to the Grove on Saturday to continue working on the Apt.  Things that still need to be done are:

-clean the cabinets inside and out

-put new gasket on the freezer door

-put the ceiling fans back together and clean the fan blades well

-prime and paint the bathroom

-2nd coat of wall paint in the living room

-hang a closet rack in the closet

-paint the 3rd radiator



So yeah there's plenty to do.  And don't forget the Hamilton festival that day.  Plan your route accordingly.

How about noonish.  If I am staying late to do a ritual, I think we should make it a gentle day.

I won't be able to stay for the ritual, though.  If I am going to be up there all afternoon and then be up there again Sunday thru the afternoon, Tony will have a cow (moo) if I stay tomorrow night as well.

Good work done Sat.  Caryn finished gaskets on frig, put together both ceiling fans.  We also got the cabinets scrubbed inside and out, though they need to get some paint droppings off them still, and maybe new contact paper down?  Scrubbed top of frig and found its actually white.

When is the next grove work day? I have a good amount of soil I can donate for the yard/sanctuary.

We worked downstairs more than upstairs.  Khaos & Betony brought a bookcase so we moved some things around for that and began organizing the ritual room.  (oh boy!)

To get the soil there we would need Steven's pickup, so mornings would be best, but not Tuesday. Of course, he could just drop it off in the morning and I could come by later and help distribute it with you if mornings are not good.

Are we talking bags of soil or loose soil?  Potting soil or something else?  Just wondering.

Right now I am working of the CLG quarterly report and then I have to get my committee (the Grove Coordinating Committee) in gear to review all the reports.  Maybe Wed or Fri?  Or Sat when there will be some more folks around.

Potting soil that used to be in bags. I got excited and opened the bags and put them all in containers, but I had more containers than I had plants to put in them. Basically it is loose miracle grow potting soil.
Later in the week is fine with me.
