While the Duck Tape Guild may not be right stuff for the Chanille Canopy Weekend at CLG on Nov 15; we can certainly contribute to Pocket Pony Farm's Barn Raising Practicumm workshop on hammer wielding. Repeat after ..... Nails-pointy end down.  No sill required.

One plan is a day trip to put in several hours assembling the barn roof and sidewalls, the frame is already mostly in place.  We will have the guidance of a skilled contractor.  The farm is about an hour north of B'more, so if we want to car-pool/convoy leaving The I95/695 (west side) area about 9am and working from say 11 to 4 (gets dark early now) and returning by sixish (or staying latter into the evening for dinning and etc).  Or you are welcome to travel on you own schedule directions are available.

And yes you can bring ginger snaps and carrots for the ponies.  Most tools will be there, but personal hammers, toolbelts, squares, levels, power tools, drill saws, etc will also be welcome.

I think its a great idea for the guys to go off and do stuff while we're doing the Chenille Canopy.
