At the next meeting, we will be talking about How to Pick a Martial Art

* If you practiced a martial art, you'll have something to share
* I will share some research on "how to choose a martial art"
* In general, we'll be talking about selecting exercises that might be good for the grove
* There will be a video about T'ai Chi
* We'll be discussing the movie 300

If there is something else that needs mentioning, please contact me to get it on the agenda; otherwise, I won't be able to afford you any time and I don't like to be rude.
