Behold the future
« on: March 26, 2007, 07:48:59 PM »
Sooooo, I've finally a real plan to celebrate the DAY. That's right yer friendly neighborhood literugist's 23rd birthday will be celebrated. Yes indeed.  By special request, and with weather permitting, we will be planting and pulling and weeding and building and busy little beeing this Saturday afternoon all at your favorite druid gathering spot.   This be from maybe noonish on, then, aain with the weather permitting (meaning it really raining that hard) we will celebrate well blessing.

I know, to osme of you this may seem an atrocious way to celebrate a 23rd birthday, but that is what SHE asked, and who am I to suggest otherwise.  This will be a private CLG party ( and you all shoul know what that means ) and if you dont shame on you for forgetting you inner circle mystery teachings; and see me or anohter member of the Witan.  As always, nourishing noshes will be well recived, but dont think yo have to bring a bunch if you want to just stop in, for the yardening , for the blessing, or just to hear me sing, yup, you will have to hear me sing, haaaaaaappppppppyyyyyy bbbbiiirrrthhhddayya.

((hugs))    Will

:o You know that if anyone who doesn't know us read this, it wouldn't make any sense at ALL.

23,  right,  I am right proud of all my 47 years.  I just wish my shoulder and back didn't feel 87!

And besides, I can't think of a better way to celebrate than playing in the dirt!

Anna, and all, exactly what happens during play in the mud day, kind depends on the weather, who's playing and like that.  We do want to do some welling of the well, and could get to work more seriously on the bridge (if anybody has a clear enough vision on what it should be).  There is at least one tree to plant somehwere, and lots of mulching to do. Also some pruning, but then few people can actually agree on pruning etiquette.  There's a t least one new bed that could stand preping for mostly shade plantings; and hostas to dig and spread.  Maybe some lawn conidtioning, like lime to spread, and I'm sure other things tha can be thought or dreamed of.

And of course we do need someone to watch it all and make helpful comments, so even if you dont play in the mud, you could audience or cheerlead or just duidificate.

As for noshes, whatever feels good, and only if you want to. On the other hand you have to put up with what I provide which may or may not suit every one.

And dont forget to dress for the weather, and the full moonish wellblessing thingingy to start about 8ish Sat.  Soooooo anytime Saturday afternoon for a little mudplay;  or towards sunset for just the blessing thingy.

No expereince or tools required

(hugs)  Will

So how late is everyone going to be there? As I have volunteered to help the Towson Energy Activists fundraise by running the concessions @ a lacrosse game from 10 til 4ish.... but I have a feeling I'll be trying to get out of it earlier..... not that I don't love them to pieces, but I'm not interested in sellin processed meat..... and I have other things to do!

I will try to be there, maybe with a kid or two in tow (the older two have gardening tools already, JR has to wait for his!).

Hmmmm.  Foodage!  Have to think of something yummy.

ATTENTION:  ::) ::) This is your friendly neighborhood Senior Druid speaking.....I think that we need to make sure our 23 yr.old liturgist has more then enough to eat and drink..She is just sooooo much fun when she is well lubricated...  :o :o

Since I have a "black hand"  :'( :'( I will probably be one of those who "  watch it all and make helpful comments, so even if you dont play in the mud, you could audience or cheerlead or just duidificate."  ??? ???

I have to work part of the day (hhhmmm maybe I could work Sunday)....so  I can be there with bells on..(to counter act the singing) ;) ;).

See you all on Saturday....HB Caryn... ;D ;D

My mom told me not to duidificate in front of other people!

I'm afraid I'm doing a full moon thing at 4Q this weekend. Otherwise, I'd definitely be there.  We quatrodekade folk need to stick together.  I will definitely be thinking of the celebration going on in my absence. How come I miss all the fun?   Happy birthday, Caryn.

since i am sick and was feeling sorry for myself I made a big pot of soup to bring, crab soup for the meat eaters and vegan soup for the veggies. (not to spicey though ill bring extra spices for those inclined to fire it up like myself)  I got a whole grain baquette to go with it and if i get inspired ill make some rice to bring as well.
