SCHEDULING EVENTS AT THE GROVE
« on: August 18, 2006, 06:48:47 PM »
All scheduled events should be emailed to witan@cedarlightgrove.org so that it can be added to the website calendar.  We've had some events scheduled that no one was aware off, and this is just not acceptable.  This includes open and closed events, as I will begin marking them as such on the calendar.

SCHEDULING EVENTS AT THE GROVE

Also, if we write things on the calendar at CLG (and I think that's a good idea).  I think one of the Witan members should make sure that also gets to Crystal if she isn't there that day.  Just as a double check.

Its really great, absolutly fabulous really that we have so much going on at the grove that we need to worry about overlap but Crystal is right, we need to get things on the calendar.

I found out yesterday that Ecumenicon was planning a mtg there tomorrow, OK supposedly I knew about this (CRS) but it would have been bad if we had another group using the space at the same time if you know what I mean.  Fortunately or unfortunately, that meeting has been canceled but Will and I might go up and work on the railing some.

Thanks!

I know I'm one of the people who's been bad about this and I'm sorry about not posting it.  I promise though...and I'm not being sarcastic, I will definately make sure in the future as soon I have a request I'll get it in.  I know I'm not as new as some to the Grove but I should be more conscious (sp?) of taking the Grove for granted.  I do apologize for this.
