With the spring coming in and weather warming up, volunteer opportunities are once more abundant. These are great ways to get the grove out in the community, and many of these provide tantalizing incentives to volunteers as well. Please consider volunteering:

APRIL 2018

Pickering Garden Day
Saturday, April 7, 2018 9:00AM-12:00 PM
Come out to tidy our garden beds at Pickering Creek Audubon Center. Well be weeding and more as needed in garden beds at the main campus of Pickering Creek and at Peterson Woods.

Masonville Cove Cleanup: Project Clean Stream
Join your neighbors and community partners to clean up the stream and living shoreline that connect Brooklyn and Curtis Bay to Masonville Cove. Get outside and make a difference in your community while learning about the causes and effects of marine debris and how you can help! Data collected during this event will contribute to Project Clean Stream.

Fort McHenry Field Day
Join the National Aquarium's Conservation Team for a field day at the Fort McHenry wetland!  Give a day for the Bay!  Volunteers will plant trees in celebration of Arbor Day, remove debris from the wetlands, maintain the pollinator and rain gardens, and more. Data collected from this event will contribute to regional Project Clean Stream efforts.

Summer Camp Prep Day
