I know Caryn has done huzzah's for all the people helping out with the recent issues with the building and what not.  But I don't know if anyone has really sat back and taken a look at all the work Caryn has been doing for the Grove lately.  It has to be completely draining emotionally and physically.  I for one feel bad that I am not in the position to come down and stand by her side during the week, because I would feel proud to.

So thank you Caryn for being such a strong member and leader withing CedarLight Grove.  You've done such an incredible job and a huge amount of work over the last many weeks trying to help save our sanctuary (and Will too, lets not forget the Pope).

It's really inspiring, and I want more than anything to do my part.  If there's anything I can do, -please- let me know.

2nd Post:

Caryn is strong, maybe at times to strong...her blood pressure is up.  I need to figure out a way to take some of the pressure off her (within my own limitations)...So please Caryn, tell me what I can do to help you.....I want to be as much help as I can...

Apt C is really turning out nicely.

HUZZAHS to Caryn, Will, Dennis and Anna for getting more painting done and toe molding and trim on the windows in there. Oh and some cute little fauna type  rescues from the hardware store got a new home today as well.  Hel with some more help and productive days like today we might have a nice cozy space for Yule.

Today green paint....

Tomorrow wood....yah....hehe wood.

Much Love,

Anna

PS is it just me...or is this border on the forums the same color paint we were using LOL.

And yes we are actually making some real progress.  The walls are all primed, the ceiling is about 3/4 painted (ran out of ceiling paint).  The entranceway wall that leads into Apt C has been primed and painted.  We are working on the green and white wall that the front door is in.  (Paininting a new color of green cause we don't have any more of the previous color.)

And yes all the little green things (except 1) have their feet saftey tucked into the ground.

I'm sure the front room will be ready by Yule but the kitchen may not be painted yet.  Hard to say.

Hussah to the worker bees!!!

Anna says we might already have a couch or two and a chair.

Glad to hear about the turnout of helpers, though it seems a bit small?

I won't be able to help out until December, but I will be coming down to do something useful at that time.

Should be down next weekend, but it's also the opening of rifle season, so we'll see.

we might have two sets. One set we have. It is 3 hrs away and won't fit in my apartment so i cant just get it. If I  get measurements I can take tape measures up there. But running up to take pics and measures is a full tank of gas. I really want to help and don't wanna toss this furniture. We are avail. to go up and get it we just dont know where to take it.  So please advise. The other set is from den's work it will be easier to measure, and is in baltimore. My house is in cumberland. Take the exit off 70 to trillium and go the other way for another hour or so and yer at my house. It's a hike!

Sounds like a day trip with some stops off to see the sights to me.

I'm game!
