Forum Upgraded - New Theme Required

We were a few versions behind on our forum software, so I have gone ahead and upgraded us to the most recent version.  Because of this, our theme no longer supported the new features and organization of the upgraded forum software.  I have installed a new theme that does, which may take folks a little time to get used to, but it still has everything we need.
