Plankton Monitoring Studies.  A great opportunity for science-minded individuals to contribute to monitoring and research at the Anita C. Leight Estuary Center. Overview:  Our plankton citizen science project is a great opportunity for science-minded individuals to contribute to monitoring and research at the Center. Help is needed with collection, identification, and analysis of plankton samples. Interested individuals should contact the Center for introductory training at 410-612-1688.  Location: Anita C. Jug Bay Free Canoe River Clean Up.  Have fun on the water and help clean up the Patuxent River. Overview:  Have fun on the water and help clean up the Patuxent River. We will paddle the Patuxent River and Western Branch picking up trash along the way. Prompt start time.
