Isaac tells me that his book, Rites of Worship, which is an excellent resource for our Liturgist Guild courses and the GSP/CTP Liturgy 1 course, is going out of print.
The rights have been bought by Llewellyn who will be dumbing down the book (moving theology to the back, etc.) and who will be giving it a new name.
If you don't have a copy of Rites of Worship, I recommend getting one now while you still can. It's available directly from Isaac through his blog at www.neopagan.net/blog and through Amazon.com (be sure to go through ADF's page at http://www.adf.org/training/resources/reading.html and click on a book to get to Amazon so that ADF will get a small payment from your purchase!).

I've negotiated with them to just remove most of the linguistics and the snarky comments about mainstream rituals. It will be called "Neopagan Rites."
