Actually, 1/21 is Imbolc and Brigid lore not a planning meeting.  At least that's what's listed on another thread in Grove discussion in "planning for Imbolc".

I may have the dates wrong, but here is my understanding of the planning for the upcoming ritual

1/21 Determine the Prayer?
1/28 Make Brigid's Crosses
2/4 Dress Rehearsal
2/10 High Rite
