Huzzah also to Caryn who was outside with a long stick putting the lights around the pretty Yule tree outside the kitchen window.  She almost got them all the way to the top.  Ashley stopped, looked at the tree and led me in a Charlie Brown "loo-loo-loo" tune, with Taryn cracking up on the side.

I got to see it tonight and it doesn't look half bad considering the mixed bag of >working< lights I had to pick from.

HUZZAH to Will and Caryn who together fixed both the bathroom sink and the bathroom door in what was probably the most economical fix in Grove History that didn't involve duct tape!!!

Actually, it did involve duct tape but only because Erin came down and borrowed some in the middle of it all.  LOL!

And although Caryn was hoping to do alot of this, we did it as a gift for her so Friday she could enjoy a nice glass of wine and game.  :-)

Big HUZZAH to Ashley!  I heard it was going to rain tomorrow and Friday was a planned day already, so we talked about working on the lawn today.  By the time I got up there, she had already:
-Mowed the front and back yard
-Trimmed both yards
-Tidied up the raised garden
-Swept and straightened the pavilion, including stacking neatly all the wood
-Weeded around the bushes on the side of the Hobbit Door

So I joined and weeded the front garden and around the bushes on the other side of the steps, then weeded Ancestors altar until I couldnt take the skeeters anymore.

Then we, mainly Ashley, did a little set up of the main altar just to get it started.

It was a good day!  Huzzah Ashley!

Huzzah to Scott, Eric and John who helped Erin in Apt D get a bunch of boxes up stairs.  To Aurora who weeded and mulched a garden.  To Ashley bent the front yard grass to her will....she mowed it.  Huzzah!!!
