And anyone else who has moved in the last few years that we need up-to-date membership information from.
We voted to have members update their information every year with a new membership form, but we haven't implemented this yet.  We're probably going to start, so forms will be available online and at the Grove.

I feel really bad, but I will be unable to attend.  FITES is holding their monthly LAN party and well, I am the network and server admin for the games.  Last time I wasn't there I heard that it was a misserable time because nothing was run well... So I have 50 or so people counting on me to have a properly running network.

Crystal I just sent you the 05 renewals.  I don't have Pete & Kelly's,  Mark's, Jackie's, CB's or Tracy's info as they have never filled out a membership form.  I know Tracy gets on the forum occasionally.

I actually emailed Caryn about that this morning as well.  I need to get copies of the initial applications to put in .pdf format for the Witan archives.  So that is in progress :)  If it is there, that's fine.  But some of the other ones have been members forever so I'm not sure why we wouldn't have their addresses.

Since my current address was listed on my application and initial dues, shouldn't you receive that from Caryn?  Or isn't that part of the workflow?  If it isn't, it should be.

There are a few members whose address we do not have, which is a requirement for membership, as is listed in our bylaws (for when we have to mail ballots and such).  I know we don't have ravenfires, or Marks, Jackie, CB and Tracey, Pete and Kelly, Rorik, and Ryan.  And that's of the current membership.  There are some expired we do not have as well, but I am unsure if they will be renewing.
